《Trastevere義式餐廳》1958年從義大利羅馬誕生的餐廳，目前在日本東京有2家店，2006在台北設立，由日籍行政主廚坐鎮指導，店內環境典雅、服務滿分，不管約會還是慶生都非常合適。

台北寒舍艾美酒店全新餐飲品牌「TIPSY Sparrow」， 由榮獲米其林一星《Impromptu by Paul Lee》的主廚李皞 Chef Paul 擔任廚藝總監，主打以美法為基礎的「現代料理」。調酒顧問由『World Class 世界頂尖調酒大賽』台灣區冠軍 Nono 擔綱，如此堅強的陣容，宛如一場精彩絕倫的演出，令人引頸期盼。

T+T 意即Tapas and Tastes，Tapas是西班牙飲食文化中佐酒的小菜，T+T 雖然號稱是Tapas，但每道菜吃下來絕對都有fine dining的水準，並在2021年不負眾望摘下米其林一星的殊榮，其美味程度也充分反映在訂位難度上，這次多虧好友人品大爆發訂到位萱兒才有機會吃到這間神秘的店，店家的經典招牌松露鴨肝車輪餅更是讓萱兒念念不忘！

「老英格蘭莊園」的古典與華麗是南投清境的傳奇，亦是著名地標。濃濃的英國風都鐸建築坐擁山嵐美景，深受旅客青睞，也榮獲國際級的認定Small Luxury Hotels of the World，為全球頂級豪華酒店之一，自2009年開幕至今已超過10年，地位仍屹立不搖。萱兒也在今年的閨蜜之旅得償所願，入住心心念念的夢幻民宿真是太開心了！

歐華酒店－地中海牛排館
歐華酒店是營業超過20年的老牌飯店，飯店內的「地中海牛排館」是許多老饕們推薦的餐廳，其頂級乾式及濕式熟成牛排號稱台北第一。雖然萱兒不吃牛肉，卻也慕名而來，好在餐廳有提供其他主餐可做選擇，讓萱兒也能一飽口福。

前一陣子看完孟買女帝後，對萱兒衝擊滿大的，根深蒂固的男尊女卑觀念造就無數悲劇，至今仍不斷發生。雖然男性也可能是人口販賣的受害者，不過女性受害者的比例高達四分之三。資本主義社會下，女性地位獲得提升和改善，但這並沒有減少人口販賣問題，其背後的龐大利益促使此現代奴役制度成為全球第二大規模的非法貿易，嚴重侵犯人類基本人權，危害社會秩序，我們每一個人都不該坐視不理。

Why Girls Are Being Sold and Bought?

Right now, hundreds of thousands of people are trafficked in every single country in the world, including yours, in which women make up three fourth of its victims. This shameful business primarily takes form of modern slavery and sexual exploitation, devastating lives of millions of people and making organized crime rich. Poverty, pleasure and slavery are key factors contribute to the supply of trafficking women. 

Large numbers of women continuing to be trafficked and sexually exploited is a serious social problem rooted in poverty. Reports show many people from poor areas are traded on the international market every year, approximately 80% of these victims are females, some forced into the sex industry and others an unknown life. As millions of women and girls are subjected to an unfamiliar life they face the harshest and worst conditions imaginable. Some tortured, while others raped and forced into an unwanted career of performing sexual acts. Poor women are trafficked and exploited to drive the world’s fastest growing industry.

Girls are treated as commodities to fit sexual desires, making the trade of female bodies the fastest growing form of commerce. Women are objectified and forced into pleasuring buyers. For example, men have purchased females, chained them up and repeatedly raped them till they were pregnant. The trade in human beings is highly lucrative, worth $150 billion annually—$99 billion from sex trafficking. This illicit business encourages purchasers to believe that females are their property. In this process, the objectified people are considered as mindless entities that can be sold and bought for profit. As girls are regarded as instruments for the use and pleasure of others, demand for prostitution expands rapidly, besides, numerous females become victims of forced labor.

Is Enough Being Done To Prevent Climate Change?

The weather has increasingly been affected by human activities that are causing global warming and climate change since the Industrial Revolution. Scientists have stated a 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) rise above pre-industrial levels will cause ecological catastrophe. Without drastic actions in the next couple decades, earth will hit the critical threshold. As the world faces climate change, governments have focused on investing money in renewable energy, promoting its use, and enforcing legislation to ban fossil fuels.

Governments talk about investing more money in renewable energy. Multiple countries provide subsidies and funding for research, institutions and private R&D firms to boost innovation and transformative technologies. These are critical components for national decarbonization strategies. Increasing public funding accelerates private support  in new technologies, helping organizations to lower the risk and unlock the full potential of the investment. As nations discuss spending more money on sustainable energy, legislators start promoting an environmentally friendly source of power.

Politicians have the ability to promote the use of renewable energy. Aiming to improve broad ecological issues caused by conventional sources, legislators introduced tax incentives to encourage both corporations and individuals. Despite the fact that some technologies are harmful to the planet, non-conventional sources  are considered environmentally preferable to traditional ones. An improved tax system for energy efficiency and CO2 reduction stimulated businesses and the general public to switch to alternative resources and significantly ramp down greenhouse gas emissions. Policymakers provide incentives to soften the impacts of prohibiting the discovery and manufacturing of fossil fuels.

依依不捨的從老英格蘭離開後，萱兒便出發前往位於埔里酒廠正後方的「鳥居喫茶食堂」吃午餐，入口處的大型鳥居及巨大紙鶴裝置為園區的兩大亮點超吸睛。店家不只提供日式餐點、下午茶，還有浴衣體驗服務，超有秒飛日本的氛圍喔！即使不用餐也能免費進入園區拍照，想要體驗偽出國的朋友絕對不能錯過這個景點。

Robin's 牛排屋（Robin's Grill）
Robin's 有分為Grill及Teppanyaki，前者以排餐為主，後者是鐵板燒餐廳。萱兒自從到Robin's 鐵板燒用餐後，就一直對那裡的美食念念不忘，於是決定也到隔壁的Robin's 牛排屋吃看看是否一樣美味，結果真的沒讓人失望。Robin's Grill不僅有高質感的主餐，還有精緻的沙拉甜點自助吧任你吃，萱兒只恨自己的胃容量不夠大，才吃一輪就飽咚咚了，不然還想再多塞幾口XD......

講到台中，多數人腦海中都會浮現高美濕地、勤美綠園道或審計新村這類的景點，這次的兩天一夜旅行萱兒想來點不一樣的，帶大家走訪較少為人知的夢幻網美場景，保證大家美照拍到爆！當然，美食也是旅行不可或缺的一環，會在以下行程一併推薦給大家。

每年的跨年通常都會碰上雨天，萱兒也曾經熱血過，會在又濕又冷的天氣跑去市政府聽藝人唱歌或是到101附近看煙火，後來隨著年紀增長，漸漸轉而喜歡有隱私又僻靜氛圍，於是在2020年的最後一天和閨密安排到美麗華旁邊的5星級飯店「維多麗亞酒店」住一晚迎接新年。
